In a pan put olive oil, white onions cut in cubes and garlic paste. Keep in the stove until the onion is transparent and garlic bubbling then adds the mushrooms and cook until dry. Add the lentils and mix it with the mushrooms, cook for more 4-5 minutes.
Remove from the pan and put everything in a mixer, add salt, pepper, dijon mustard and the egg, mix a little just to bring the ingredients together. Add some bread crumbs until you can shape the burgers. Freeze for half an hour. After that time take it to grill on a grill with a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with low carb buns.
