Healthy Bun-less Chicken Burger!

In a bowl mix together the chicken mince with the onion, egg, oats and spices. Shape the burgers to the size you want. Freeze for half an hour so you can grill it with a drizzle of olive oil until brown on both sides.

Remove the stems and wash your mushrooms very well. Mix the ingredients to form a marinade then let your mushrooms marinate for 10 to 30 minutes. Place the mushrooms on the grill and brush them with the marinade as they cook. Cook each side for 3- 4 minutes.
