COOKING METHOD:

• Rinse the lettuce leaves, the tomato with enough water and a drop of lemon
• Cut the onions in thin slices and soak them in water with a few lemon for 10 min
• Peal the avocado and cut in thin slices
• Cut the tomato in slices
• Ready the sliced pineapple
• Grilled the fish (you do not need to use oil)

Prepare Harissa yogurt sauce:

• Mix 1 crushed clove garlic with 2-3 spoon harissa paste
• Then fold through 150g yogurt to create a ripple effect

**Harissa paste is a hot sauce or paste used in North African cuisine, made from chili peppers, paprika, and olive oil**

• Open the lettuce leaves, place grilled fish burger on top of the lettuce leaves and then spread harissa yogurt sauce in the burger. 
• Add the tomato, onion, avocado, pineapple and corn in the burger and try to close the leave lettuce.

Voila! Your burger is ready to eat!
