Ingredients
How It’s Cooked
The fillet of barramundi along with 4 slices of lemon are wrapped in baking paper and aluminium foil and placed in our huge ovens, on 170 degrees for a full 45 minutes. When done, the fish is straight away placed on a toasted sour dough bun – no extra butter or spreads required! The bun absorbs the lemony juice and the fish is then topped with fancy lettuce & an almost fat free tartare sauce – all organic!
A Little About The Customer Who Submitted This Burger Recipe
Hi! I’m Brooke & I’m a Trainer/Assessor at ILSC in Brisbane. I work long hours and am constantly running to and from different jobs all over the city where I meet with clients to discuss their marketing needs! Fish is one of the healthiest foods that you can consume and because I am so busy, I never get to enjoy a good ol’ fish n’ chip meal on a Friday so the second best I have is a burger on the run! When you buy from a fish n’ chip shop you mostly find that the fish is deep fried and is not very healthy for you so having this burger recipe available at International Zing Burger will mean I get to enjoy a family favourite, the healthy way, on the run!
