Making a gluten-free pizza scroll is kind of like making any other pizza scroll, the detail is in the dough! The dough is hand-made from scratch, mixing all of the ingredients together to a consistency that allows flexibility to craft the dough. You need to make 2 pizza scrolls for this burger recipe so unless you want a gigantic burger (not exactly healthy!), you’ll need to make them fairly small.
Start with the tomato sauce as the first layer on both pizza scrolls then top with all of your pre-chopped ingredients. Bake the pizza scrolls separately at 180 degrees until just cooked. Now, for the fun part…. To make this a burger.
Take your pizza scrolls and smush them into eachother ingredients first so you are left with the untopped sides on the outer of the burger and place into a toaster. This will melt your ingredients, moulding them together like nothing before to make the PERFECT Italiano Pizza Scroll Burger – gluten-free style!

Of course, these all sound very fatty and unhealthy but I’ve found if you choose gluten-free options these can really improve the health level of a meal.
