Let’s get inspired to cook healthy.

The main reason we wanted to create a healthy recipe is that we want to give you some inspiration to feel again the pleasure of eating a delicious burger and being healthy – perhaps you are asking “Is that possible?” and our answer is THE HELL YES! Burgers can be healthy as well, so let’s do it! Bon appetit!

INGREDIENTS IN HEALTHY TURKEY BURGERS

This healthy recipe takes about 10 minutes or less to cook. To begin with, just toss everything in a bowl. then use your hands to get nice and dirty, we enjoy that.

Ground turkey
Breadcrumbs
Worcestershire
Olive oil (for extra juiciness)
Garlic & onion powder
Salt & pepper

Don’t worry if you don’t have a grill!- you can bake them in the oven at 250 for 20 minutes it can be really healthy.

Most noteworthy, we have decided to make a healthy burger replacing the bread with delicious and crispy lettuce that, in addition to providing freshness, allows us to taste each delicious ingredient and it is very easy to cook.

Tomato
Smashed avocado
Sun-dried tomato aioli

INGREDIENTS

1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 lb ground turkey

INSTRUCTIONS

first of all, in a large bowl, beat egg with a fork or whisk, Add in garlic, onion, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and egg finally Mix until combined.
Next, add in breadcrumbs and mix. Using your hands, crumble ground turkey over mixture and combine. Form mixture into 6 patties and refrigerate while you prep the grill.
Finally, grill for 2-3 minutes on medium/high heat with the grill closed. Flip burgers and cook for another 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
