Here’s a sample recipe to get you started!


Ingredients

½ cup of lentil
1 xic of water
100g sunflower seed

1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/3 cup of oatmeal
½ cup grated purple beets

1 teaspoon fresh oregano
1/3 cup of tofu
1 tablespoon chopped olives
1 teaspoon fresh thyme

salt to taste
black pepper ground to taste
Olive oil to taste

How to Cook:


Cook the lentils in the water until tender, on average 10 minutes. Process the sunflower seeds until they form a flour. Then add the cooked and drained lentils, oatmeal, onion, olives, tofu, and fresh herbs. Beat until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, mix the grated beets and correct the seasonings as well. In addition, model in hamburger format and reserve. In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and seal the hamburger on both sides. Additionally, transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. Finally, serve with brioche bread, cilantro mayonnaise, açaí barbecue, and green leaves.
