Here’s a sample recipe to get you started!
½ cup of lentil
1 xic of water
100g sunflower seed
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/3 cup of oatmeal
½ cup grated purple beets
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
1/3 cup of tofu
1 tablespoon chopped olives
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
salt to taste
black pepper ground to taste
Olive oil to taste
Cook the lentils in the water until tender, on average 10 minutes. Process the sunflower seeds until they form a flour. Then add the cooked and drained lentils, oatmeal, onion, olives, tofu, and fresh herbs. Beat until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, mix the grated beets and correct the seasonings as well. In addition, model in hamburger format and reserve. In a frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and seal the hamburger on both sides. Additionally, transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes at 200 degrees. Finally, serve with brioche bread, cilantro mayonnaise, açaí barbecue, and green leaves.
