•Ingredients:
- Portobello mushroom cap
- tsp balsamic vinegar
- tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- 0.5 tsp himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tomato, finely sliced
- Light cheese
- Baby Spinach
- Low carb and gluten free soft bread
•Method:
- Then Whisk the vinegar, soy sauce, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Then Place the mushroom caps in the bowl and toss with sauce, using a spoon to evenly coat. so Let stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, turning a few times.
- Later Preheat the oven to 250C. Then toast the bread rolls until golden brown and lightly toasted.
- After that add the mushroom cap in the hot grill and cook for 5-7 minutes each side or until tender and Brush with the marinade frequently.
- Then Place a cheese slice in the mushroom and cook for 30 seconds or until melted than transfer to a plate.
- Then cut the avocado in big slices.
- After that Fill the bread roll with two tomato slices, 3 spinach leaves, the grilled mushroom, and 3 avocado slices.
- Serve immediately with low-fat mayonnaise according to with customer requirements.

- 150g Angus beef mince
- 1 brown onion, coarsely grated
- 1 egg, lightly whisked
- 0.5 tsp himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp italian herbs
- 1 tomato, finely sliced
- 1 white onion, finely sliced
- Light cheese
- Lettuce
- Pickle jalapeños
- Shiraza sauce
- Low carb and gluten free soft bread
•Method:
- Mix the mince, half of the brown onion, the egg, some salt and pepper and the Italian herb in a large bowl. Then add the garlic and the minced chilies. Mix perfectly and shape the mix into a disc. Then Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
- Preheat the oven to 250C. Then toast the bread rolls until golden brown and lightly toasted.
- Then add the beef patties to the hot grill and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- After that place the sliced onion in the grill for two minutes or until golden color.
- Then Place a cheese slice on each patty. Transfer to a plate.
- Then Fill the bread roll with Shirazi sauce, a beef pattie, tomato, the grilled onion, lettuce, and 4 pickled jalapeños.
- Next Serve immediately with low-fat mayonnaise according to customer requirements.
