International Zing Burger is preparing an exciting new plant-based burger range, and we want our customers to help shape the menu. We have developed five globally inspired flavour concepts that combine familiar fast-food favourites with delicious plant-based ingredients.
Our preliminary customer survey showed strong interest in trying plant-based burgers, with taste identified as the most important purchase factor. Classic BBQ received the strongest initial preference; however, we also selected spicy, vegetable-based and internationally inspired concepts to appeal to different tastes across IZB’s global customer base.
A juicy pea-protein patty served on a toasted wheat bun with smoky barbecue sauce, vegan cheese, pickles, lettuce and crispy onions. This option delivers the familiar taste and texture of a traditional barbecue burger in a completely plant-based concept.
A plant-based beef-style patty served on a mushroom-and-wheat bun with smoky chipotle sauce, jalapeños, vegan cheese, tomato and lettuce. It was selected for customers who enjoy bold flavours and a satisfying level of heat.
A mushroom-and-lentil patty served on a savoury mushroom bun with caramelised onions, lettuce and creamy vegan truffle mayonnaise. This premium option celebrates natural mushroom flavour and provides an alternative to meat-style patties.
A chickpea-and-herb patty served on a wheat bun with hummus, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and a lemon-garlic sauce. Its fresh Mediterranean flavours provide a colourful vegetable-focused option for customers seeking something lighter and distinctive.
A plant-based chicken-style patty served on a mushroom-and-wheat bun with teriyaki glaze, crunchy slaw and spicy vegan mayonnaise. This concept combines sweet, savoury and spicy flavours inspired by popular Asian cuisine.
These five concepts represent a balance of classic, spicy, premium, fresh and internationally inspired flavours. They also reflect competitor trends, including beef-style meat alternatives, plant-based chicken and patties made from mushrooms, lentils and chickpeas.
Now it is your turn to decide. Vote for the flavour you would most like to see on the new IZB menu. Your choice will help us create a plant-based burger range shaped by real customer preferences.
