We selected these five flavours because they represent popular plant-based taste profiles (smoky BBQ, spicy, Mediterranean, umami mushroom, and sweet-savoury teriyaki). We also included wheat and mushroom bun options to test whether customers care more about flavour or bun type before launching the new healthy plant-based line.
