International Zing Burger has always been about bold flavours and global inspiration. Now we’re taking the next step and creating a brand-new range of plant-based burgers – and we want YOU to help us choose the winning flavour.
More and more of our customers are asking for delicious options that are lighter, plant-powered and full of personality. To match IZB’s international spirit, our chefs have created five flavour ideas, each inspired by a different part of the world. All burgers are designed with either a soft wheat bun or a tasty mushroom bun to keep things satisfying but lighter.
Below are the five flavour concepts. Read through them and cast your vote in the poll at the end of this post.
1. Korean Spicy GochuBurger
A crispy plant-based patty glazed with spicy-sweet gochujang sauce, pickled slaw, spring onions and a touch of sesame. Perfect if you love Korean street food and a little heat in every bite.
2. Mediterranean Herb Falafel Crunch
Falafel-style patty packed with chickpeas, parsley and herbs, topped with tomato, lettuce and a light garlic-yoghurt style sauce. Fresh, crunchy and ideal for herb lovers.
3. Mexican Smoky Chipotle Bean Stack
Smoky black bean patty with chipotle sauce, corn salsa and crunchy lettuce. This one is for fans of rich, smoky flavours and a little fiesta in their burger.
4. Indian Tikka Masala Street Burger
A plant-based patty marinated in tikka masala spices, layered with crunchy salad and a cooling mint sauce. Inspired by Indian street food with a balance of spice and freshness.
5. Classic Mushroom Umami Melt
Juicy mushroom-based patty with caramelised onions, a slice of cheese-style topping and special IZB sauce. Comforting, savoury and made for those who love classic burger vibes with a plant-based twist.
