The selection of these flavors and names was based on the outcomes of the preliminary survey and their relevance to each respective suburb.

Get in touch with the essence of Fitzroy with our “Fitzroy burger”, a tribute to Melbourne’s trendiest neighborhood and its love for creative and plant-based cuisine. This burger is made with a hand-made tofu mixed with sautéed onions, the patty is also seasoned with paprika and cumin. It’s served on artisanal buns from one of Fitzroy’s iconic bakeries. The burger can be customized with fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes, or a very creamy avocado, and finish it off with our house-made, vegan mayo. With this, we will bring a perfect reflection of Fitzroy’s eclectic food scene. This meal can be accompanied with fries or a salad.
