Due to multicultural population in all major cities, International Zing Burger has done what no other fast food company has ever done, that is to offer customers traditional and gourmet burgers with an emphasis on international flavors, spices and tastes. Eat-in dining is not encouraged, with few outlets offering seating. Seventy per cent of burgers are sold between the hours of 5 pm and 8 pm with a strategy for fast service. International Zing has expanded rapidly, opening a new franchise every three months in busy main street locations, and adjacent to existing fast-food outlets to grab the flow-on customer. The last two outlets have been based in Sydney’s inner west, as part of the plan to go national.
