Ingredients

– Beef Mince
– Fine Breadcrumbs
– Grated Parmesan Cheese
– American Cheese
– Burger Buns
– Tomato
– Red Onion
– Balsamic Vinegar
– Letuce
– Japanesse Mayo

Let’s Cook it

1. Slice the Red Onion, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan on medium heat, add the onion and cook for 4 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook for 3-5 mins until sticky. tranfer to a bowl.
2. In a bowl mix the beef mince, fine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper as prefered, then shape it into evenly sized patties. wipe the frying pan, cook the pattiesabout 4-5 mins each side.
3. preheat the oven to 220 C. Cover a oven tray with baking paper, and make even circles with the parmesan cheese, bake until golden and let it cool down.
4. Place the burger buns in the oven for 2-3 mins to warm up, place a slide of american cheese in one of the buns to melt.
5. Serve, spread the bun without cheese with japanesse mayo, and top with the lettuce , sliced tomato, beef patties, caramelised onion and parmesan crisps.
