The search for healthy food has increased throughout the years and more people are trying to follow this trend. As we can see in a study from Australia Institute of Health and Welfare showed that since 1995, there is a decreased in the contribution of added sugars, total fat and saturated fat to energy intake. Besides that, experts from the industry point out that the market to healthy food has become an unstoppable trend and it is not going away soon.
That’s why we decide to create new recipes for the International Zing Burger and you can decide the best one to be part of the menu. Are you capable of decide which recipe should be our next Zing’s Best Healthy Burger for our menu?
We propose three tasty options that you can try at the IZB restaurants and decide which one is the best healthy burger. The best recipe will join our standard menu. That’s why you have to visit an International Zing Burger restaurant, try the burgers and rate them in the website with how many stars do you think the recipe deserves.

Recipe:
1- ½ seedless cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
2- ½ cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
3- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
4- 1 ¼ pounds 90 percent lean ground beef
5- 1 ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
6- 1 clove garlic
7- 1 ½ teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
8- 4 slices Gouda cheese
9- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
How to make it:
1. Mix the cucumber, yogurt, cilantro, 1 ½ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Set a side while you make the burgers.
2. Combine the beef, onion, garlic, 1 ½ teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a bowl and mix with your hands until just combined. Form into four-inch-wide patties, about ½ inch thick.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the burger patties and cook, turning once, until cooked through 7 to 8 minutes for medium.
4. Place the burgers on the buns with the cheese on the top. Stir the cucumber, yogurt mixture and spoon on top. Serve the burgers with sweet potato chips.
