Are you ready to try the amazing Brazilian Coxinha Burger?
In our Brazilian Coxinha burger we use a big croquette instead of bread, 100g of crumbed chicken burger, american lettuce, tomato and mayoneise. And the potato chips as a side, to complete you delicious Brazilian experience. Vote one for the Brazilian Coxinha Burger.
Making the Coxinha:
Preparing the burger:
Put it in the pan, water, and chicken broth.
Put some butter, a little salt, and pepper.
Mix everything and expect to raise the boil.
Throw the flour into the pan, mix until a homogeneous dough is left.
Mix the dough over high heat for one minute.
Put the dough on the counter, wait a minute and start to blow for about 2 minutes.
After it’s kneaded start shaping the Coxinha.
Pass the dough into the flour, then into the egg, and back into the flour.
Fry the Coxinha in a medium oil.
Cut the Coxinha in half, stuffed it with the burger, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
Put the other half on top and you’re ready.
Coxinha is one of the most desired snacks in Brazil, so we decided to create a hamburger based on it. Nothing better than adding the dough of a coxinha with the delicious fillings of a good burger.
