You have to register now in our Healthy Zing Burger competition once you do it, upload your healthy recipe the burger’s name and let us know the ingredients and what is the best way to prepare it, you must cook it at home to try if your good idea worked well and take a good picture of your job and post it, tag 3 friends on your post, most importantly do it using the hashtag #ZING BURGER
After 2 weeks we will select the 3 most voted and then the best choice elected by our crew will be part of our Menu!

Briefly blitz half the prawns, half the salmon, the spring onions, lemon zest and half the coriander in a food processor until it forms a coarse paste.
Mix the mayo and chilli sauce together in a small bowl, season and add some lemon juice to taste. Mix the lettuce with the cucumber, dress with a little of the remaining lemon juice and 1 tsp olive oil.
Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan and fry the burgers for 3-4 mins each side or until they have a nice crust and the fish is cooked through.
Do you know what’s a veggie burger? A veggie burger is a burger patty that does not contain meat or any such kind of meat. More than healthy food we are thinking about the environment and we would like to present you our healthy vegan burger! Most veggie burgers contain from zero to 1 gram of saturated fat. A burger made of extra lean ground beef (90% lean) reduces saturated fat, but only to three to five grams. The black bean burger is delicious and easy to make!
Vegan Black Bean Veggie Burgers
1/2 onion (chopped small)
1 (14-ounce) can black beans (well-drained)
2 slices bread (crumbled)
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup flour
Dash salt (or to taste)
Dash pepper (or to taste)
Oil for frying (divided)
Gather the ingredients and don’t forget to heat the pan to over medium-high heat
Add oil and then add onions and sauté them until soft (about 3 to 5 mins)
To make it tasty you can mash black beans until it becomes almost smooth.
Add sautéd onions to mashed black beans, along with the crumbled bread, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder then mix them
Add a few tablespoons of flour and mix to combine well
Put black bean mixture into individual patties, approximately 1/2 inch thick (the best way to do this is to roll a handful into a ball then gently flatten it)
Fry black bean patties until slightly firm and lightly browned on each side for 3 minutes
To serve, assemble veggie burgers and put all fixings. Or serve them with ketchup or hot sauce with vegetables.
