1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
2 tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
1 tablespoons butter
2 large onions
1 pound ground beef
1 mild Italian sausage
3 slices provolone cheese
2 hamburger buns

To prepare the sauce just blend the mayonnaise and the sun-dried tomatoes in a blender until smooth
To prepare the tomatoes firstly preheat the oven to 220C, then season the tomatoes and put them on a suitable oven container. Roast until the tomatoes start caramelizing, about 30 minutes.
Prepare the onions: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the onions. Cover and cook stirring occasionally, until golden, for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the burgers: Preheat a grill to medium high, then put the beef sausage in a large bowl and combine them with your hands, then form four 3/4-inch-thick patties. Grill the burgers 3 to 5 minutes, then flip and top each patty with a slice of cheese. After that cover to cook until the cheese is melted and the burgers are done, 3 to 4 more minutes for medium. Lightly toast the buns on the grill, spread the aioli on the top and bottom buns. Sandwich with the burgers, roasted tomatoes, caramelized onions and arugula.
