Hi dear Zing customer, this week we are presenting you the new healthy vegan burger that have just landed in our stores.
First, we have no secrets with our customers, so we decided to share with you our secrets ingredients in this delicious recipe.
Try it at home with your family or friends or try it in the best traditional way: At a Zing store enjoying the complete meal with sweet potatoes chips and organic orange juice.
Drain a 400g can chickpeas and pat dry with kitchen paper.
Tip into a food processor along with 1 small roughly chopped red onion, 1 garlic clove, handful of flat-leaf parsley, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp ground coriander, ½ tsp harissa paste or chillli powder, 2 tbsp plain flour and a little salt.
In the next step, you can blend the ingredients until fairly smooth, then shape into four patties with your hands.
Following, start to heat 2 tbsp sunflower oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the burgers, then quickly fry for 3 mins on each side until lightly golden.
Previously, wash the mushrooms before eating them.
In a clean non-stick frying pan, add the balsamic vinegar and lightly fry the mushrooms.
Serve the healthy vegan burger with toasted mushroom, 200g tub tomato salsa and a green salad.
