Just a tip from one cheese lover to another: when frying the mozzarella sticks, make sure your oil is in the right temperature (around 185 degrees Celsius) to get the right melted cheese and golden breadcrumbs combo; if the oil is too hot, the crumbs might burn and the cheese stay hard on the inside, and if it is not hot enough it will take longer to fry and the crumbs might get that “soaked in oil” appearance.
